Day 1: Collection and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On day one of the 16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour, a representative from All Tanzania Safaris will receive you at your location in Kampala or Entebbe, provide an overview of the safari, and commence the travel to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. During the journey, there will be a stop near the Equator for purchasing souvenirs and taking photographs, followed by another halt in Mbarara for lunch. Post-lunch, you will proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, where you will check in at the lodge for leisure, dinner, and overnight accommodation.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park
Following an early breakfast on the second day of the 16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour, you will collect your lunch box and convene with your driver-guide to proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing on the rules, regulations, and expectations of gorilla trekking. Subsequent to the briefing, participants will be organized into groups of eight, with each group assigned a specific gorilla family to trek and a park guide proficient in the behavior of mountain gorillas. Gorilla trekking at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park lasts between 30 minutes and 7 hours, contingent upon the gorillas’ position. During the journey, participants may observe forest birds, several primate species, and many plant and tree species, among others.
Upon locating the mountain gorillas, you will get the opportunity to spend one hour with them, allowing you to gain insights into their lifestyle, behaviors, and routines, capture photographs, observe their daily activities, and document captivating experiences to share with others upon your return. Following an exhilarating experience with the gentle giants, you will return to the park headquarters, where you will receive a certificate for your participation in gorilla trekking. Subsequently, you will reconvene with your guide to return to the lodge for an evening of leisure, dinner, and overnight accommodation.
Day 3: Transit to Kibale Forest National Park
On the third day of the 16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour, you will have breakfast, check out of the lodge, and rendezvous with your driver-guide for the transfer to Kibale Forest National Park. During the journey, there will be a halt for lunch, after which you will continue to Kibale Forest National Park, enjoying scenic vistas of farmlands, the Rwenzori Mountains, tea plantations, Lake Gorge, and crater lakes, among other attractions. Upon arrival, you will proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation.
Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking Expedition and Bigodi Swamp walk
Following an early breakfast on the fourth d16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour , you will convene with your driver-guide for a transfer to Kanyachu Visitors Centre for a briefing on chimpanzee trekking. Following the briefing, you will be assigned a knowledgeable park guide proficient in the forest routes, and you will commence trekking, which may last from 30 minutes to 5 hours, contingent upon the location of the chimpanzees. While walking, you may encounter many monkey species, avian species, and flora, among others. Upon locating the chimpanzees, you will be permitted to see them for one hour in their natural habitat, facilitating the study of their habits, including feeding, nursing, engaging in conflicts, resting, and capturing photographs and movies. Following the in-person interaction with the chimpanzees, you will hike back to the park headquarters to reunite with your driver-guide for the return to the lodge for lunch.
Post-lunch, you will embark on an engaging trek in Bigodi Swamp, where you will appreciate many monkeys, avian species, and various flora. Following the Bigodi swamp tour, you will return to the resort for evening leisure, dinner, and overnight accommodations.
Day 5: Departure to Kampala/Entebbe
Following breakfast on the fifth day of the 16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour, you will vacate the resort and rendezvous with your driver-guide to commence the return journey to Kampala. During the journey, there will be a lunch stop before continuing to Kampala, arriving in the early evening. Upon arrival, your driver-guide will escort you to your hotel in Entebbe for supper and overnight accommodation.
Day 6: Departure aircraft to Kilimanjaro Airport and subsequent transfer to a hotel in Arusha.
On the sixth day of the 16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour, you will enjoy a leisurely breakfast, check out of the hotel, and meet your driver guide for the transport to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Day 7: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Walking Safari
Following breakfast on the seventh day of the 16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour, you will vacate the hotel with your packed lunch and rendezvous with your driver-guide for the transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. During the journey, there will be a lunch stop, and upon arrival, you will head to the conservation area for a guided walking safari along the crater rim, where you will observe creatures like as giraffes and zebras in close proximity, while enjoying the melodious songs of many bird species in the trees, among other experiences. Following the walking safari, you will proceed to your lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation.
Day 8: Drive across Ngorongoro Crater, visit to Maasai Bomas
On the eighth day of the 16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour following an early breakfast, your driver-guide will collect you from the resort for a drive into the Ngorongoro Crater, where you will descend 600 meters for a game drive. Throughout the game drive, you will get the opportunity to observe various species, including buffaloes, elephants, wildebeests, zebras, warthogs, dik-diks, leopards, lions, and hyenas, among others. You will also have the opportunity to observe several avian species, including flamingos, pelicans, and ducks, among others.
Following the crater drive, you will visit an engaging Maasai Boma, where you can mingle with the local populace, gain insights into their traditions, culture, and lifestyle, hear their old narratives, and appreciate their traditional entertainment, among other activities. Following the cultural trip, you will return to the lodge for supper and an overnight stay.
Day 9: Transfer to Serengeti National Park with an en route wildlife drive

Days 10 and 11: Comprehensive game drives in Serengeti National Park, hot air balloon excursion

Day 12: Departure Flight to Zanzibar

Upon arrival, your driver-guide will transport you to the airport for your departure trip to Zanzibar. Day 13: Prison Island, Stone Town, and Spice Tour
On the morning of day 16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour, you will embark on a private boat from your accommodation in Stone Town to Changuu Island, also known as Prison Island, where you will explore its historical significance and observe the ancient Giant tortoises. You will return by boat from Changuu Island to Stone Town for lunch. Post-lunch, you will go on a city tour of Stone Town, followed by a spice tour where you will explore plantations, observe several exotic spices, and acquire knowledge about their uses, including cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg, among others. Following the spice tour, you will go to Nungwe, where you will check into your hotel for dinner and overnight accommodation.
Day 14: Safari Blue Expedition
On the 14th day of the 16 days Gorilla trekking, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Zanzibar holiday tour, you will have breakfast before your driver-guide collects you from the hotel for the remarkable Safari Blue adventure, where you will partake in an exceptional boat tour around the island, navigating in exquisite traditional Dhows. Day 15: Zanzibar Beach Encounter and Turtle Swimming

Day 16: Goodbye
