Day 1: Pickup and transfer to Tarangire National Park
You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha or the airport, where your guide will greet you for the safari. Subsequently, you will commence your drive to Tarangire National Park, the third largest national park in Tanzania, renowned for its substantial elephant herds and baobab trees. You will participate in a game drive around the national park, observing several wildlife species like elephants, zebras, cheetahs, lions, buffalos, and leopards. You will have lunch before to your journey to Karatu, where you will check into your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Drive
Following an early breakfast at the resort, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in Tanzania and descend to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater to partake in the Ngorongoro Crater drive. The Ngorongoro Crater floor is home to around 25,000 creatures, including the African Big Five: lions, rhinoceroses, buffaloes, elephants, and leopards. In Ngorongoro Crater, you will also observe other species like as hyenas, jackals, wildebeests, zebras, and warthogs, among many others. Relish your packed lunch amid the outdoors. You will also have the opportunity to see Lake Magadi, renowned for its population of pink flamingos.
An optional walking safari in Ngorongoro Crater can be arranged. Evening meal and accommodation at the lodge.
Day 3: Full Day in Lake Manyara National Park, Walking Safari
Following breakfast at your lodge, your guide will transport you to Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, and diverse wildlife species. You will make a stop at Mto wa Mbu town to browse craft shops and engage with the locals on route to the national park.
You will participate in a wildlife drive and tour Lake Manyara National Park, witnessing the different landscapes of this often-overlooked yet remarkably gorgeous treasure of Tanzania. Observe many animals in Lake Manyara National Park, including antelopes, gazelles, buffalo, leopards, waterbucks, monkeys, and baboons, as well as several bird species, notably vast flocks of pink flamingos on Lake Manyara.
Following your wildlife drive, partake in lunch, and subsequently engage in a remarkable activity at Lake Manyara National Park, a guided walking safari. A walking safari at Lake Manyara offers an intimate experience with environment and wildlife. Encounter species such as zebras, antelopes, and giraffes, among numerous more. The walking safari is led by park authorities knowledgeable about the area. Subsequently, return to the lodge to unwind while awaiting dinner and your overnight accommodation.
Day 4: Morning Game Drive, Flight to Zanzibar
You will have breakfast at the lodge and then proceed with your packed lunch for a game drive in the park. Your guide will thereafter transport you to Arusha Airport for your journey to Zanzibar.
Upon your arrival at Zanzibar airport, your guide will meet you and bring you to your hotel. Evening meal and accommodation at the hotel.
Day 5: Zanzibar Coastal Experience
You will spend the day leisurely, unwinding by the beach. Amble leisurely down the pristine white sand beach, accompanied by breathtaking vistas of the boundless turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. Dining will occur at the hotel.
Day 6: Stone Town, Spice Tour, and Prison Island
Awake to an exquisite breakfast at the hotel, which you will savor at your convenience. Subsequently, your guide will collect you for a tour of Stone Town, exploring many historical corridors and landmarks. Subsequently, you will partake in a spice tour, providing you the opportunity to smell, taste, or even purchase renowned Zanzibar spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, among others. Embark on a boat excursion to Prison Island to observe some of the world’s oldest tortoises. Subsequently, return to the hotel to unwind while awaiting dinner and your overnight accommodation.
Day 7: Departure
