Day 1: pick up and transfer to Ngorongoro Crater drive
Your safari driver-guide from All Tanzania Safaris will collect you from your hotel in Arusha at approximately 07:00 am following breakfast. He will provide a briefing about the safari before you commence your journey in a secure 4X4 Land Cruiser to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, known as the 8th Wonder of the World.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is renowned for the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact caldera globally. Throughout the trek, one can appreciate the vistas of undulating hills, forested galleries, and coffee plantations. Arrive at the park in the afternoon, check into your lodge, enjoy lunch, and subsequently embark on a game drive around the crater. You will like observing various species, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, hartebeests, cape buffaloes, rhinoceroses, gazelles, and hyenas, among others. The game drive will conclude at 6:00 PM (sunset), after which you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
You will have an early breakfast and proceed to the crater floor for a wildlife viewing trip, where you will get the opportunity to observe a plethora of wildlife. Return to your accommodation for lunch, check out, and proceed to Serengeti National Park, a renowned animal safari destination in Africa and Tanzania. Days 3 and 4: Hot Air Balloon Expedition, Entire Day in Serengeti National Park
During the third and fourth days of this safari, you will explore Serengeti National Park through full-day game drives, including both morning and afternoon excursions, as well as a hot air balloon trip.
On the third day, you will have an early breakfast and be transported to the launch site for the hot air balloon flight, where you will observe the inflation of the balloon before boarding and ascending before dawn. While soaring over the Serengeti plains, you will experience the stunning sunrise and panoramic views of the vast landscape, populated by wildlife including lions, wildebeests, zebras, and leopards, among others. The hot air balloon experience lasts for one hour and includes a champagne breakfast in the bush. You will subsequently embark on a full-day game drive. On the fourth day, you will partake in an early breakfast before proceeding to the park for a comprehensive game drive, accompanied by a picnic lunch. This will provide an opportunity to explore areas of the park that were not visited the previous day. Throughout the game drives, you will observe a variety of species like elephants, impalas, elands, giraffes, hippos, waterbucks, wildebeests, lions, leopards, buffalo, rhinos, cheetahs, hartebeests, topi, hyenas, and numerous others as they graze and predators pursue their prey.
